He holds BSC Economy from the University of Ilorin. He taught in ijebu-ode mushin grammar school between 1987-1988, He worked as procurement manager with temble & Golder ltd, ijebu mushin between 1988-1993.He was active in sourcing raw materials and sales of finish vegetable oil throughout Nigeria during his tenure as the general manager commercial for Best oils Ltd Ibadan between 1994 and 1997.He entered joint partnership in leasing a palm kernel crushing plant then named medium point ltd Akure between 1997 and 1999 where as a General manager. He registered Gbemtan Investment Limited in 1994 with four other directors before his call to serve in best oils Ltd Ibadan. His returned in 1999 as MD/CEO brought a new and better atmosphere into the company as a commodity expert, trading in Agricultural products locally and exports to the internal markets. He was an active member of cocoa Association of Nigeria. He has represented the company in various cocoa conferences both in Europe and Asia continents. In pursuance of his ambition to become a palm kernel oil manufacturer, he created first maximum point industries limited in 2006 and was registered in March 2007. He is also the Managing Director and chief executive of the company. He is married with children.
A graduate of computer engineering & networking at the London south bank, London,UK.she studied physics/Eletronics from the university of Ibadan. She worked with paks micro computer company in 1991-1992. She joined the computer department of the then Enugu state university of technology (ESUTECH) Enugu in 1992. She got married the same year and joined her husband in Ijebu-Imusin where she worked as part-time teacher for some years. As a director following the registration of Gbemtan Investment ltd. She become a full time trader /soap maker. She represented the company in the area of marketing as major distributor of Dangote product 1995-1999, and as a major distributor of cement in the western part of Nigeria for the West African Potland Cement since 1999-todate. With her knowledge of electronics and engineering. She is fully in charge of technical section of the First Maximum Point Industries Ltd. She is married with children.

He had worked with Best Oils Limited, Global Apex Logistics, Threshold Global Concepts Limited, Robert Ade-Odiachi & Co., Hemmingway’s Safaris Africa, as the Group Finance Manager, and Managing Consultant of Jomat Clique Business Solution before joining our company. Having worked with many multinational firms, he is adequately equipped with the know-how of successful execution of turnkey projects. He is married with children.
